I was wondering if it was possible to copy files from my Mac hard drive and paste it on my bootcamp partition. I don't have any external storage that can fit the file so I am running out of options and this would make it easy. Any help would be much appreciated.

From the Mac side you can't. OS X sees the partition as a read-only.
You would have to install install software on the Mac side to do that.

From Windows running Boot Camp 2.x drivers it will work as you have read access to your OS X drive and read/write to the Windows one.
