Quick questions about Lion: App Store and Finder

Hi.

I've noticed that Finder ask me to enter password when I copy an app to Utilities folder.

I've also seen that the scroll in App Store is not smooth as Safari or other apps. I don't know if it is just Lion or also happened with SL.

Can someone check it?

Can someone check what? Yes you get asked for a password and yes the App Store lags something fierce
