RAID0 will work but you will be limited to the size of the smallest drive if the user accessible space varies between them.
Given the nature of SSD failure (without warning - at least hard drives often start giving you the click of death when they're starting to fail - and can often have data recovery performed on them), I'd make sure you have up to date backups! You are doubling your chance of data loss, so be prepared.
