Quick Reply & Apple Pay

Hey everyone,

I have an iPhone 6 with iOS 10. I am wondering why quick reply on the lock screen will not work. If I slide the notification and click view it then prompts my passcode or TouchID and opens Messages. Shouldn't I be able to reply on the lock screen? Is this due to the fact that I have message previews turned off?

Also, is there a way to disable Apple Pay's ability to pay with passcode and ONLY require fingerprint?

As for Apple Pay the only way is to turn off the double tap on lock screen option
