Hi, I recently purchased an iPhone 6s in Rose Gold, 64GB. The version number is iOS 9.3.3.

I'm having an issue where every once in a while when I reply to my texts via "quick reply" on the lockscreen, my phone unlocks in the middle when I'm typing up the reply. I'm not sure why this happens; I know for sure that I'm not accidentally unlocking my phone via Touch ID though.

Has anyone else ever experienced this issue? What can I do to fix it? The fact that my phone can sometimes be unlocked just by typing up a reply through the quick reply option means that other people would be able to access my phone without a passcode or Touch ID.

Thanks.
