Quick response needed, how do I format to factory?

I just sold my iMac to a woman that needs it shipped out right now as a gift to her husband and I need to wipe the system..

It's an 07 that came with Tiger, I have the original disc for that, and Leopard and Snow Leopard discs, what do I do to clean install it back to factory? So when he turns it on it's like new.

You start up from the DVD and run Disk Utility from there, then erase the HD.

Ok I guess I didn't sell it, person was a scam. I was waiting on her to send payment and it never came, person was expecting me to ship it first haha, idiots.
