Finally got the iPhone 5 today, loving it so far but tapping the top of a safari page is not quickly scrolling to the top like on every other iPhone I've had. I tried searching but can't find anything. Am I missing something here? Or did they really remove this from iPhone 5/iOS 6?

its still there. however i do notice in some websites it doesnt allow you to quick scroll up.

Hitting the clock dead on, all over the top from left to right and nothing, on any website. All I can do is bring down the notifications menu. The only way I managed to get it is by going landscape and full screen mode.

Lame, restarting safari worked. Delete thread, weird bug.
