quick ssh question

What you seem to have there are the components of a Winterboard theme.
You should create a desktop directory and put everything listed in the directory
call it something like xxxxx.theme. Where xxxx is what you want to call the theme.
After connecting the open SSH session you navigate to /private/var/stash
and look for a directory called something like Themes.xxxxx where xxxxx is a mixture of letters and numbers. Click on that directory and you will see a list of Winterboard themes. Navigate back one level and right click on the directory and it should give you a list of options including "Upload to" select upload to and select the directory on the desktop you created with the theme.
Reboot the iphone after the upload and look under winterboard themes for your new theme.

Only two suggestions I can make are Make sure phone is not sleeping because WIFI will switch off. Have you installed Open SSH on the phone from Cydia.
I am not positive but I think I read somewhere else about that image being shopped.
