iPhone 12 Pro Quick Start Not Enough Storage Issue

My wife and I just got new 256GB 12 Pro Max phones to replace our previous phones. When we went to set them up, mine went through the quick start data transfer just fine. However, hers said there wasn’t enough storage on the new phone to do it and made her reset it. The old phone (11 Pro Max) is also a 256 with over 100 GB available. Anyone have any ideas on how to make this work?
