I just "installed" a 1TB Time Capsule and began running Time Machine to back up my 13" MBP. It's a lot quicker than I thought it would be at backing up, which is a plus... It had gotten about 40GB backed up (of 115GB total) when I had to shut the machine down and take it with me to a friend's house. When I got home, it reconnected to my network and Time Machine started backing up again...but from scratch :confused: I thought it would just pick up where it left off, no? When I click on the Time Capsule's disk image, it only shows the one backup, the "new" one that's running now as I type. But, the capacity of the drive is diminished indicating that the 40GB from before are still on there somewhere. I'm :confused: Did I do something wrong? (Other than buying a product that will apparently only give me an 18 month life :D)
