brushed aluminum is one of the classiest looking materials--unless it gets scratched, and aluminum scratches EASILY! Once scratched, it just looks cheap. So, think about that before you waste yet another tenner (or whatever they charge).

Sticking a protector over the Al might be a solution, but by then you have added some thickness that you can feel.
