Quick window switcher

Hi -

I'm looking for a program that has something like a list of open windows for a program, and the ability to click on one of the open windows to switch to it.

For example, If i have 8 or so NeoOffice windows open, I'd like to be able to see the window titles for all of them and be able to switch to them quickly.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

The problem with expose is that if you're opening a whole bunch of text files, its hard to tell them apart without mousing over each one for its filename

Just assign All Windows to a corner, flick your cursor to that corner and bam, you got even window open.

Are you happy with the dock method, or looking for something else?

I'm looking for something more static than Witch or the dock thinger, something that's on screen all the time =\ doesnt look like there's anything like that though.
