QuickBooks 2010 for Mac or 2010 Pro for Windows?

I'm looking at getting QuickBooks app in the very near future, but not sure about which version to get. I keep reading that the Mac version lacks a lot of features compared to the Windows version, but since I'm not too familiar with the application (the stuff I found on learning about it is for the Windows version), I don't know which would be better. Any advice?
 
I'd like to know the same thing myself.

Plus- does the accountant's copy (made on QB 2010 Mac) work for an accountant that uses QB Pro for windows??
