I was prompted to upgrade to Quickbooks 2020 for Mac Desktop because of incompatibility with older versions of Quickbooks and Mac OS Catalina. I did this, and now Intuit Online Payroll will not export to Quickbooks 2020. Three different phone calls to Intuit support (one lasting over 2 hrs) have failed to alleviate this issue. I have been told that Intuit will contact me when this incompatibility is fixed. Intuit, why insist on an upgrade when the compatibility has not been established. This is beyond frustrating....and frankly, is this a Catalina issue or a Quickbooks 2020 problem. Be aware if you are planning to upgrade to either!
