Every once in a while I will close Quicken, and when I open it back up all of my entries between March of 2005 to present in my Cash Journal are completely gone! No other registers are affected. I try to go back to the backup from the last time I closed it, but they are missing in the backup as well. I typically have to go back a day or 2 to find a backup with all the missing entries intact. However, then I have to re-enter all my entries from the last 1-2 days. This is getting beyond frustrating. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Maybe a way to force the reconstruction on the indexes, or to create a duplicate register of the corrupt one that won't flake out?

(BTW, I don't have the option to just stop using Quicken, so I really need a workaround.)

Thanks!
