I've been using my Mac for a while. I haven't had any problems with Mail so far. I use Thunderbird on my Windows machines. It has the ability to mark mail messages as junk by clicking on the icon next to the message in the message list. You can do this without loading the message into the message pane. It appears to me that Mail will only let you mark messages as junk by clicking the message (thus loading the message in the message pane) then clicking the Junk icon on the menubar. Is there was way to mark messages as junk without loading the message? I find the Thunderbird way much quicker.
