for some reason when i change the shortcut for quicksilver to apple space it still brings up spotlight???

quicksilver can't get it to open with apple+space

you need to change the keyboard shortcut for spotlight to something else, or change quicksilver's shortcut to something that isn't being used.
Was thinking that is what i needed to do. How would I go about changing the spotlight shortcut
System Preferences > Keyboard & Mouse > Keyboard Shortcuts
If you still want to use Spotlight, then doubleclick in the area with the shortcuts and then press the keys you want to use to invoke Spotlight. If you want to turn off the shortcuts for Spotlight, uncheck the box.

I have opinion-space set up for Quicksilver, just because I'd already memorized command-space for Spotlight.

Haha, I don't really use spotlight. This is my first mac that i got 3 days ago. I am loving quicksilver so much though. It is like the coolest program I have ever used.

Ah, no prob. Hopefully you're liking the router as much as I'm liking mine. I've had no problems with it whatsoever since I got it over a year ago, no idea what half the people here blabbing on about issues is all about
I agree, can't live without it.
Janey, this router is working wonderful. I get full bars everywhere around the house even outside. It hasn't went down once at all. It was an easy setup, easy on the wallet, great wireless connect.... can't ask for better.
Also, I am getting very fast at the shortcuts and with quicksilver, I am moving around in OS X like I been doing it for my life haha.

it's a nice and cheap little router. as much as i like apple hardware, the one thing i was never a fan of was the airport base stations, even though I owned 3 and had to deal with countless othersahh nice. quicksilver has a slight learning curve, but it is so worth learning how to use because it helps you do so much easily.
You probably know if you can do these. In Quicksilver, I sent something to the trash, now is there a way to empty the trash within Quicksilver. Also, is there a place where i can see the top plug-ins for Quicksilver. I been hearing a lot that Quicksilver is just a lil base station and with plug-ins it can run everything you ever dreamed up.
I believe it's part of the Extra Scripts in the Plug-Ins pane of Quiksilver...I can just summon Quicksilver and typing "Em" brings up Empty Trash.
1. trash - there's an empty trash script that comes with quicksilver. however, i think that tabbing to Finder and hitting command+shift+delete is faster.
2. it's built into the app, just go through the menu until you see the plugins option. don't know about sorting by popularity though.
Nice list, ok this might seem very stupid but what key is that crazy symbol (looking like -\_ ) something like that. It is in like the shortcut for show/hide the dock.
