Quicksilver icon

Could someone do a quick photoshop job for me?
I want the quicksilver menu icon, the one that installs in leopard just doesn't fit with the other icons.
What I'd like would be the same icon, but with the dark circle part of the icon to be the same flat black color as the other menu icons and for the white to be transparent like the other icons. Could someone help me out?

Asking for FREE graphic work in a forum frequented by Graphic Designers is not a good idea.

Graphic Designers have spent a lot of time, effort and money learning the trade and get paid for their work.

My suggestion to you is to buy a good book and learn to create it yourself, or PAY a designer to create the icon you want.
