Quicktime 7.2 update screwed up Front Row?

Yeah, so when I try to access the movies in Front Row it gives me the 'thinking' circle icon and eventually freezes up. I can kill the FR process through an SSH terminal, but this isn't right.

The only thing I can think of thats different is that I installed the new QT and iTunes updates.

Does it hurt that this is a hacked version of FR? Its on my G4 Mini 1gig/80gig AE/BT 10.4.10.

I'm guessing that the hacked Front Row you have is not compatible with QuickTime 7.2, hence the reason why it freezes up. First thing I'd check for is a patch for the specific hack you use. If that's not available remove the hack.

Yeah, I was thinking something like that too. Or just reinstall FR. There have been several updates of QT that hasn't hindered FR at all, so I'm not positive that is the culprit yet. But good input regardless.
