I can not install Quicktime, there is an error window that says "you inserted a disk that has volumes that Mac OS X can not read". Now i do not know if it is the hard drive or a cd? please help.:(

I get quicktime from macupdate.com, or somethin like that?:D

Okay, well just run Software Update from the Apple menu. If it doesn't think you need to upgrade QuickTime then you don't have to worry about it. What version of OSX are you on?

Ok I am on my PC and I am downloading Quicktime to my thumb drive then I will take it to my mac and then it might work?

Yeah, cool. QuickTime is pretty tightly integrated into the system though. So if it doesn't install the from the DMG, then don't try anything to fancy to get it working or you might wreck the rest of the system. Sorry to be such a nay-sayer, just thought I should warn you. :(
