Is there any way to make Quicktime with Perian do anamorphic correctly? And don't tell me to just use VLC. I already have it, I want to know if there's a way to fix anamorphic in quicktime.

I have quicktime pro which came with FCS2 as well as perian on Leopard.

Well quicktime pro will change aspect ratios i.e making video fatter or thinner. What it won't do is aspect ratio conversions.
