Quicktime and asx

I cannot get this url going anymore when quicktime used to play this url file perfectly fine nothing has changed. Just until recently i clicked on the link and quicktime gave me an error saying url invalid. It works on my pc but on my mac.

here is the link if someone can help me get this going with any application or quicktime it would be nice. FYI i tried reinstalling, using vlc,windows media 9 for mac, and realplayer, yes i have flip4mac and perian but still nothing
