Hi everyone first of all I have a dell but I need quicktime and itunes to use some of the features of the Hansonnet webpage.Obviously by my screen name you can tell I am a huge Hanson fan.
Something a while back screwed up our computer and now I can't play certain things on this site that I pay for.My computer is telling me I need the new version of quicktime to run the hnet site but when I try to get it it tells me I can't remove the old one first.The message that comes up whenever you try to remove it from the computer is"the feature you are trying to use on network resource is unavailable.Click to try using an alternative path to the folder containing the installation package quicktime.msi.
I also get windows that pop up saying installation source is unvailable verify that the source exists and can access it.
the message I get when I try to use the part of hnet that I need quicktime and itunes for is something about a missing plugin.
If someone can help me I would appreciate it.
