Does anyone have any good advice for capturing decently high resolution quicktimes through quicktime broadcaster while maintaining a realtively small file size? I am broadcasting through a firewire cable from a mac-based Avid, and need to keep the file size relatively small in order for clients to download the file quickly from my company's FTP. The clips I usually capture are only a few minutes in length. I usually use a Photo - JPEG compressor, with the quality set between medium and high (closer to high). But for some reason, the quicktimes still look pretty bad. Any advice?
