Quicktime Chapter Markers?

I have a MPEG file that I want to put chapter markers in for Toast. I have seen the quicktime files for iMovie projects have chapters embedded, and I want to know how to do it manually. Any ideas?

I once again answered my own question. You can use a program called metadata hootenanny to do it. Pretty sweet. Works like a charm.
