Hi, I have a quick question regarding quicktime & dvds
I am aware that w/ Quicktime X you can view & trim videos from a camcorder & also files saved on your computer (mpeg, avi) , but I am curious can this be done w/ a DVD?
What I mean is, say you put a DVD into you iMac and you want to save a 10 second clip of the movie to you computer, can it be done? I am into video editing & curious. I read were the new 27" iMac has video input, so maybe it can be done through that.
Thanks to anyone who can help me
