Quicktime export to h.264?

I have quicktime 7 pro and I figured that you would be able to export a video to h.264 by going to file, export, and that it would be one of the options. It's not on the list. is there another way to do this? Or can quicktime only play h.264 but not create it?

argh nevermind, I figured it out.

It figures, I spend 10 minutes trying to figure it out and then right after I decide to post about it, i can do it.
