quicktime for tiger

So I finally was able to download itunes 8.0 so I could upgrade my iPhone. I finally go to install it and now it's saying I need quicktime 7.3.1 or better. When I try to download quicktime from apple, it says quicktime 7.5 for leopard, though I'm on tiger. Will this matter? Does anyone have a link for quicktime 7.3.1? I'm on dialup and any MB less than the 66MB for the 7.5 leopard version would be nice...
