quicktime- Half-Movies

Okay so whenever I play a downloaded video in quicktime it will occasionally only play a portion of the actual video. it'll act like that is all of the video that there is. I ran XP and it opens to the full video.

Now I think it's caused by the Flip4Mac plugin but I've reinstalled both that and quicktime twice now.

Ideas? Solutions?
