Quicktime isn't supported by architecture?
What the hell does that mean?
I just downloaded the newest version of quicktime... now it doesn't launch and instead gives that error. It says it's 88 kb... is that right?
I think the issue may be its location... I kept QuickTime Player in a folder I called Transparent Apps (inside of Applications.) The reason for that is so it doesn't appear in my application stack... I put all the applications that I'd never launch by clicking on the application icon in there (QT is always launched when I open a .mov file instead... Preview is launched when I open an image... you get the idea behind my "Transparent Apps" folder? Instead I put the applications that I can actually create stuff in straight into the application folder (and thus the application stack.) Programs like Pages, Keynote, Garage Band, Text Edit, Taco HTML, Stickies, GifBuilder, Hand Break, Gamma Control, and iMovie are instead in there... among others.)
Edit: Well... I'm downloading it from Apple's website now... hopefully it'll work again after this...
2X Edit: And it appears to work just fine again. My signature "All Software is up to Date" is once again true as I've also just downloaded and installed the newer iMovie and iDVD.
