Hello. I've browsed this forum for quite a while now and it has helped me tremendously in getting the most out of my G3 iMac (different applications, upgrading RAM, disabling Spotlight and Dashboard, etc.)

Anyway, I have an issue with my computer playing Quicktime videos. Now, I'm not sure if G3s are generally suppose to play Quicktime videos good and flash videos bad, but I seem to have the opposite.

Using MacTubes, it's recommended to use Quicktime to play the videos. When I do so though, it doesn't run good. At all. It stops every few seconds. However, using flash, it runs at a watchable pace. And it's not just MacTubes, because Quicktime just can't play videos on my computer.

So, after my short wall of text, my question is: What's up with my Quicktime? I have Quicktime 7 Pro and my computer is a 400mhz G3 iMac with 1GB of RAM.

I appreciate any feedback.
