QuickTime + iTunes older versions deletation

I got the new update from Apple on QuickTime 7.3 and iTunes 7.5. Now when I right click a song / open with it shows both of those programs and iTunes 7.4.2 and QuickTime 7.2.1. How do I get rid of those two older programs.

Hopefully that still works in Leopard.
