This issue only started happening when I upgraded to 10.8.5, among a couple of other annoying issues that happen randomly. But frequent. But that is another topic.
With QT, I like to leave the Inspector window on-screen. But whenever I open a video file it ALWAYS opens behind the Inspector window. I can move the Inspector window anywhere on my 2 monitors, and every time, the video will open right behind it. Obviously, I have to move the video each time, away from the Inspector window. Which has become very old, and very annoying.
Anyone else have this issue? Any fix? Upgrading to the "latest and greatest" OS X, is not an option. Upgrading was what got me here in the first place. And I'm one of those people that won't upgrade unless I have to. 10.6.x was working perfectly fine for me. I still find it the best OS to date. Stable and reliable. But because my main softwares needed 10.7 or newer to update or upgrade, I had no choice but leave 10.6.x behind. Since 10.7.x was complete garbage, and Mavericks just came out, I settled for 10.8.5. Which leads me to this post. Any input is much appreciated.
