quicktime movie to playable dvd burn?

i have a large quicktime movie, mp4, that i want to burn to dvd so that it is playable on any dvd player...

what is the easiest way? no fancy menu's...

Toast by Roxio is the only software that comes to mind. Roxio Popcorn might suite too.
