Hi everyone.
I have a late '08 MBP(Yosemite 10.10.1), and ADT seems to have no clue on a fix. Since I updated to Yosemite, I've had a window pop-up on my ADT pulse portal saying: "A newer version of QuickTime is available. We recommend upgrading to the latest version".
It has an online help for instruction, but the link that they instruct to follow is nowhere on the page. The only link to click on is an Apple Support w/all previous versions of QuickTime.
The main problem this causes is that I have to close the pop-up window on every clip I want to view or delete.
Before a write a book on what i've troubleshooted already, my questions are:
-Could it be a router setting or issue?
-Would an older version of QT be a shot?
-Could it be a Java issue?(when I wanted to watch live video, I was directed to a Java update that fixed that issue.)
-Is my MBP just too damn old? LOL
Plus, My iPhone5s has no issues with this problem.
Finally, I have a few other things I run into, but wanted to keep it short as I could until someone might've had the same problem or solution.
Thanks, MR forum for any help.
