Quicktime player controls not accessible.

The normal Quicktime Player controls are not accessible anymore. This clip (http://sohowww.nascom.nasa.gov/data/LATEST/current_c3.mpg) always seemed to have the controller bar at the bottom to control the playing of the clip and now the controls have gone missing. I can still play the clip, and can stop playing the clip too, but have no rewind capability at all.

Is that normal? Anyone else able to get the player controls to show for this clip?

Is it because it's an mpg file? It makes that site somewhat severely limited then...
