An up to date Quicktime Player running on XP Pro gave me a message when I tried to play a Quicktime tutorial that I have. The message was to continue to Quicktime Components in order to play the video. There were about ten choices from that page, but no indication which I should install. I installed a few but the video still does not play. All other Quicktime videos on my PC open fine.

Any suggestions on how to find what I need to add to or modify Quicktime Player with?

The message only appeared once. I don't get the message pop up when trying to play the Quicktime tutorial video anymore.

Thanks.

I discovered what was wrong. I clicked on WINDOW in Quicktime Player with the video loaded. I clicked on Movie Inspector and saw that the format was Techsmith Ensharpen codec. I went to their site, downloaded the codec, and the video now runs.
