QuickTime Player & OS X 10.11.1 File Sharing Issues

Files saved/exported by QuickTime Player to an OS X 10.11.1 file share are hidden IF the file share is mounted via SMB.

File Sharing in OS X 10.11.1 defaults to both SMB and AFP. And OS X 10.11.1 defaults to mounting the file share via SMB. So OS X 10.11.1 defaults to hiding files saved/exported by QuickTime Player via file sharing.

The work around is to turn off SMB file sharing via the options button in System Preferences>Sharing>File Sharing.
