quicktime plugin 7.6.2 won't load in safari

I apologize if this is an old question but I can't find it anywhere. When I click on a movie in Safari it opens Quicktime and plays fine when I am logged onto my mac in "Administrator" account but when I click on the same movie in Safari while logged in on my own account I get this message: The page “Apple - QuickTime - Apple WWDC Keynote Address” attempted to load an Internet plug-in named “QuickTime Plug-In 7.6.2”, but the plug-in failed to load successfully. I am running OSX 10.5.7 and Safari 4.0. This just recently happened after Apple replaced my logic board. Does anyone have a cure?
