Quicktime Pro Full Screen (AVI/XVID)

Hello all.

I am a Quicktime Pro newbie. I am not sure if I am missing something or not. I have a an Xvid AVI file which I can open and play in Quicktime Pro just fine (I thought it need extra CODECS? Oh well.....)

BUT.. I cannot seem to get it to default to open in full screen mode. I have Quicktime Pro and have altered in preferences. Is this not possible with AVI?

Have you tried installing Perian? See if maybe that will change anything.
