I have just converted fully to a Mac. I bought a Intel iMac 20'. I need to view .Avi files with quicktime pro. What do i need? I would use VLC, but its not UB yet. Any help? Thanks

Download and install the free DivX 6 QuickTime codec.

I have the same machine and had the same issue. I've found the latest build for VLC to be pretty stable; ditto for MPlayer (as suggested above). As for QTPro, download DivX 6 for mac intel beta. Works like a champ. You won't locate it on the standard DivX site, however, you can find it here:
