QuickTime Pro is only exporting audio

I've got a *.mov file that has both video and audio, however, when I export via "Export Video to Windows Media". I purchased the WMV Player to help with the production of *.wmv files.

Any thoughts about why the video is disappearing and I only end up with the audio.

Please note that I also used FFMPEGX to try to convert from the same *.mov over to MPEG-1, but the same result. The video is gone and I'm only left with the audio.

Thanks for any insight and advice.
