Hello Folks!

I am trying to find out how to get 4 quicktime players at once.
2 showing the live input feed of two hdmi cards
2 showing the live recording of the input feeds. (blank when not recording)

I was looking at the quicktime API stuff but would really appreciate some direction or keywords to research.

This is the idea:

2 HDMI input
1 HDMI output
1 Display with 4 windows
- 2 windows monitoring the input feed (always)
- 2 windows monitoring the actual recordings (Blank when not recording)

I have been looking at a Blackmagic / Movie recorder solution.
BUT

After reading this:
http://www.blackmagic-design.com/su...e/?sid=3945&pid=4005&os=mac&isSDK=0&snid=9618

I am hoping for a simpler solution like a customised quicktime player/s launched on startup by apple script?

I guess I need the quicktime players to monitor the input feed only and a quicktime player to monitor the recording only.

Let me know if you are able to help, any information or referrals would be appreciated.

Thanks!
Ben
