Quicktime Screen Recorder crashing on me.

I'm running DP4 and Quicktime Screen Recorder keeps crashing on me.
Can some other people try it for me.
Launch Quicktime, Choose File, New Screen Recording,
Hit the record and click the desktop.
do some messing about.

I get between 30 seconds and a few minutes before it crashes.
