Hi all hope this is in the right place, have recently applied all mac updates for my MacPro 2.66 hz Dual-Core Intel Xeon, 3.0 gig .NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT
After the last update my quicktime takes 20 - 30 seconds to open avi, files..
Already had loaded Realplayer and also VLC, and Nice player.
Which worked fine, until update
Before the update the Real Player plugin worked fine with qt, but after update its like it hangs for while with the beachball, never crashes just takes 20 - 30 seconds to open, were as VLC no problem instant. My mate has the sister machine to mine (bought together) same problem, and his machine has only different software.
Has anyone else had this experience.
PS permissions have all be done.
