Quicktime wrong dimensions

Hi

When I export a composition from after effects (cs6) as square pixels, say 300x250. It plays in preview at that size (spacebar preview), in VLC and on windows quicktime, but on mac osx (on old and lion version) it displays at a larger size? Is there anyway to change this? (quicktime standard player).

Attached screen. Also tried saying as DV etc and still same result.

Your file is still at 300x250. See the line, Format: H.264, 300x250.

It's just that Quicktime is displaying it at the larger size. Just resize the QT window.
