quicktime X problems

after installing snow leopard, how set my videos to open with quicktime x automatically. Everytime i open my videos, an error pops up and says "Quicktime Player must be installed to run this application" I always have to right click and hit "Open With". Anyone else have these problems?

From another thread:

I have noticed a bug in Snow Leopard that disables the "Change All" in the Get Info window.

To enable it you need to go to "Open With" and select "Other," navigate to Quicktime Player X and check the "Always Open With" box.

THEN you need to bring up the Get Info window and the Change All button will now work for that file type.
