Ok so i shot some concert footage using a Flip Mino HD and they saved as MP4 files. I just wanted to trim the beginnings of a few of the clips and (not being very good quality to begin with) not degrade the quality. Will saving it as a mov file degrade the quality at all?

thanks!

Saving from Quicktime player does not do any re-encoding of the video (unless it's been changed in X); it will not degrade the quality. It's only when you select Export that it encodes to another video/audio format and the degradation occurs.
