QuickTime X's Icon on QuickTime 7 (Snow Leopard)

Why is QuickTime 7 locked..? I can't unlock it or even change the icon. I was wanting to put the QuickTime X icon on QuickTime 7 (since I like the icon) seeing as I'm making QuickTime 7 the default player again.
