Quicktimelib? (quick time lib)?

I play starcraft but when I try to open campaign editor a notice appears that says: you cant open this because you don't have quicktimelib/quick time lib. I googled it and I couldn't find anything except a few websites with other people asking for help also, and not only sc users.
What is quick time lib and how can I get it?

Sounds like Star Craft is trying to use the old version of Quicktime from the Mac OS 9 days. Apple have probably discontinued support for it due to its age.
